Processing may take longer during sale periods, new product launches, high order volume, public holidays, courier delays, operational delays, payment verification, or address verification.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, PIN code serviceability, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, local restrictions, and remote area delivery.
Some non-metro or remote locations may take additional time.
Shipping Charges

Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take some time to reflect after dispatch.
Delayed Delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address, customer not reachable, courier partner delay, weather conditions, high shipment load, local restrictions, failed delivery attempt, or PIN code serviceability issue.
If your order is delayed, please contact us with your Order ID.
Damaged Package at Delivery
If the package appears damaged, opened, wet, crushed, tampered, or leaked at the time of delivery, please record a clear video before opening it.
For any damaged, missing, or incorrect item claim, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refused delivery, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to the origin.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
Address Changes
Address changes may be possible only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, address changes depend on the courier partner's approval and serviceability.
